About Jessica and WEST83

Dr. Jessica Sartori is the Principal Consultant at WEST 83 Consulting, specializing in Workplace Effectiveness, Strategy, and Training. WEST 83 is a division of Parallel 42 Systems, a small Windsor, Ontario business offering organizational and technology consulting services since 2013.

Jessica is a former CEO in Ontario’s public sector, and now shares her organizational management and planning expertise with organizations across the province.

A skilled researcher with a Ph.D. in Applied Social Psychology, she has extensive experience consulting in the public and non-profit sector. Her specialties include strategic planning, client experience, governance development, and measurement and evaluation. Jessica’s approach utilizes consensus-building, evidence-informed, and creative strategies proven effective in a variety of settings time and time again. Her style can be described as “compassionate thinker with a dash of humour”.

Jessica believes in the strength of communities, and is a strong advocate for equity and elevating unheard voices. Her own governance experience serving on a variety of not-for-profit boards of directors, as well as elected office as a public school board trustee, gives her a well-rounded perspective on organizational functioning. Jessica believes that good governance, positive relationships, clear objectives, and careful decision-making are the keys to operational success.
